There are two types of agents within HokieAI, official agents and personal agents. You can learn more about their differences at What's the difference between Official Agents and Personal Agents? To make a personal agent available for anyone in HokieAI to use (i.e. official agent), it must be rebuilt as an official agent, then reviewed and published. Please submit a request at HokieAI Official Agents.

1. Complete and test your agent.
2. Request that your agent be reviewed for approval to publish this form HokieAI Official Agents.

Submit a separate form for each agent you want published.

The request to publish an agent is dependent on having completed the API Access training. If you have not completed this training (required annually), the agent cannot be published. You will receive an invite to the training, if you have not done it, as part of the request to publish.
