Explanation
This error occurs when trying to open a Microsoft Office document that has a Sensitivity Label applied to it. Some reasons are
- You have an outdated desktop client. Please update your Office applications. To update,
- Open Word on your desktop
- Select File
- Select Account
- Select Update Options
- Select Update Now
- You are logged into Microsoft with another account. Please make sure that you are only logged into one account. Use an incognito/private window or different browser entirely.
