ServiceNow Incident Management

For questions that are not answered within the FAQ, create/submit an incident on ServiceNow

The Assignment Group is set to Survey Tools - This group group involves project members who can provide specialized answers and is intended for 4Help agents to use only when the FAQs do not provide a sufficient answer. 

The Configuration Item should be based on the nature of the question and chosen from one of the following:

  1.  Survey
  2.  Qualtrics
  3.  QuestionPro
