Updating Settings for a Service User
1. Go to the Zoom Migration Application in the NI&S Portal.
2. Click on the service user you would like to update. You can also search for a specific user by entering their name, extension, and selecting their organization in the boxes above.
3. If you would like to change the user, enter the new user’s name and VT email into the service user box.
4.Click on the calling privilege dropdown to change domestic to internal or international calling.
5.Click on either or both toggle buttons if the user is a remote worker or is in need of a physical phone.
6. Click “Save”
