Voicemail Notifications allow the voicemail system to notify you via email and/or text message when you have a new voicemail, so that you can call into the voicemail system and listen to new messages in a timely manner.

Submit a ServiceNow request for Voicemail Notifications using the template found on this page. To submit a ServiceNow request, login to 4help.vt.edu, then click "Get Help" at the top of the page, then copy the template from the NI&S web page to the text box, and replace your information in the bracketed areas.
