When creating a Microsoft 365 Group, there are several available options
Both types of groups provide the members access to, but are not limited to, the following resources:
Private vs Public Groups
Users may invite members external from the university to participate in private or public groups. However, if they do not have Microsoft 365, they will have limited access to group features.
