Chrome
In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Customize and control Google Chrome button, which is represented by three horizontal dots.
From the drop-down list, select More tools .
Select Clear Browsing Data...
From the Time range drop-down list, select All time .
Verify that there is a check in the Cached images and files check box. (All other check boxes are optional.)
Click the Clear data button.

Firefox
In the top-right corner of Firefox, click the menu button, which is represented by three horizontal lines.
Select Options or Preferences.
For Mac OS, click the Preferences icon.
For Windows, click the Options icon.
In the left menu column, select Privacy & Security .
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data heading.
Click the Clear Data... button.
Place a check in the Cached Web Content check box.
The Cookies and Site Data check box is optional.
Click the Clear button.
Close the Options window.

Internet Explorer 11
Near the top-right of the window, lick the Tools icon which is represented by a gear. (Verify that you are clicking the gear to the right of the house icon and star icon.)
From the drop-down list, select Safety .
Select Delete browsing history...
Verify that there is a check in the Temporary Internet files and website files check box, the Cookies and website data check box, and the History check box. (The last 4 check boxes are optional.)
Click the Delete button.

From the Safari drop-down list, select Clear History...
From the Clear drop-down list, select all history .
Click the Clear History button.
From the Safari drop-down list, select Preferences...
Select the Advanced tab.
Place a check in the Show Develop menu in menu bar check box.
From the Develop drop-down list, select Empty Caches .

On the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
Scroll down and tap Safari .
Tap Clear History and Website Data .
To confirm, tap Clear or Clear History and Data .

Microsoft Edge for Windows 10
Near the upper-right corner of Edge, click the Settings and more icon, which is represented by three dots.
Near the bottom of the list, select Settings .
In the left pane, select Privacy & security .
Under Clear browsing data , click the Choose what to clear button.
The top four boxes will be checked by default. All others are optional. Click the Clear button.
