Troubleshooting Notifications about Google Docs being Shared with You


Introduction

This article describes one solution to try when you are not receiving notifications about shared documents in Google Workspace.

Instructions

  1.  Log in to your Google My Drive at https://drive.google.com. Alternatively, if you are already logged in, you can click on the Google Waffle and select Drive.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.

  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select which notifications you wish to receive. 

  5. Select how you wish to receive the notifications
