Managing the Devices Connected to your Virginia Tech Microsoft 365 Account


Introduction

This article describes the total number of devices that can connect to a user's account.

Instructions

A maximum of 100 devices to connect to your Exchange Online account. If you have reached the limit, you can view and remove devices. More information can be found at Exchange Online limits - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Docs.

  1. Go to myaccount.microsoft.com.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Select Devices.
  4. View and manage devices associated with your account. 
  5. To disable a device,
    1. Expand the device with the arrow on the right.
    2. Select Disable device.
