Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for teaching is available to all students and provides access to a set of Microsoft tools (including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio).

1. Go to the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching portal and click the Sign In button on the landing page.
2. Enter your Virginia Tech email address in the field and then click Next.
   
3. Now, log in using your PID passphrase and 2 factor authentication.
   

   NOTE: After logging in, you may be asked to enter information to complete your profile, such as your address. While you will need to enter a real address, this information does not need to be genuine and is not verified by Microsoft.

4. Once you've logged it, click Software from the list on the left.
   
5. You'll now be presented with a list of available software, which you can narrow down using the search box. Once you've clicked on the software title you'd like to download, a side bar will open on the right side of the page. Make sure to click the View Key to obtain your license key and then click Download to download the software.
