If the organizational unit (OU) already exists, please have one of the existing OU admins submit a 4Help ticket to request that you be made a Central Services OU admin.
If the OU does not exist, this Service Catalog form is used to make the request to create one. You will need the proper permissions from your dean, director, or department head for this action.
