Acrobat Pro DC Instruction
- Start by opening Acrobat Pro DC, clicking the profile icon in the upper right of the window, and clicking Sign Out.

- Now, you will be notified that signing out will affect all Adobe apps and services. Click Sign out to proceed, which will close Acrobat Pro DC.

- When you reopen Acrobat Pro DC, you'll be asked to sign in. Enter your Virginia Tech email address and click Continue to proceed.
- If you are asked to choose between a Personal account and a Company or School Account, select Company or School Account

- Sign in using your VT Username (PID) and password. If you are asked to choose a profile, select the Virginia Polytechnic Institute (ETLA) profile.
NOTE: If you aren’t prompted to select a profile and Acrobat still appears unlicensed after signing in, you may need to clear your Microsoft Edge cache and cookies. Adobe’s sign‑in process uses Edge and may be relying on cached credentials from the previous Adobe agreement.

Creative Cloud Instructions
- Start by opening Creative Cloud, clicking the profile icon in the upper right of the window, and clicking Sign Out.
