HokieAI Application Programming Interface (API) access enables approved users to connect applications, development tools, and automation workflows to HokieAI. This article describes how to obtain API access to HokieAI.

To obtain API access, complete both the AI Literacy and API Access training modules. The AI Literacy training is taken first.

Please visit the Professional Development Network catalog to search for the trainings or click on the links provided above for direct access to enroll. Once you have an enrolled, an email will be sent to you for the next step. 

Upon completion, you will be granted API access within 48 hours. Then, you can use these instructions to create your HokieAI API key, Setting up an API Key in HokieAI.
