• How a user would setup Virginia Tech email if they are part of a project subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and
• What the Office of Export and Secure Research Compliance (OESRC) technology control plan says about how a user can use Gmail and Exchange Online email.

Explanation

As part of the ITAR technology control plan, you are required to use an OESRC approved email solution. To apply for your email account, delete or remove your email account, or change the path that your email takes between Gmail and Exchange Online mail, send an email to exporthelp@vt.edu and provide your Virginia Tech PID.
