Introduction
This article provides the required steps for enrolling Chrome devices.
Instructions
- Purchase a license
- Acquire the appropriate Google Chrome Upgrade license for your Chrome device.
- Purchase through your normal channels (e.g., HokieMart).
- ESET can assist with the license purchase if needed, through our Burwood VAR Google reseller.
- Submit support ticket
- Include the following information:
- A note that you are requesting device enrollment.
- The name of the admin who will be enrolling the device. The designated admin will be granted temporary enrollment permissions.
- The serial number(s) of the device(s).
- Include the following information:
- Enroll the device
- The assigned admin can now proceed to enroll the device.
- Notify of completion
- Once enrollment is complete, notify the support team through the ticket. The device will then be moved into the Organizational Unit (OU) for your department, enabling full management capabilities.
