This article describes what happens when a Zoom meeting and an Outlook meeting time/date gets out of sync.

Iif you change the time or date of a meeting in Outlook, then have to go in and update Zoom. The Zoom add-in within Outlook does not update the Zoom meeting. Therefore, the old meeting time remains in the Zoom calendar.
