This article describes what to do if your contact information (e.g., name, address, office, job title, phone number) is missing, blank, or incorrect in ADAdmin, the Global Address List (GAL), university directory, or Exchange.
Students are set to be hidden from the GAL by default.
If people are finding it difficult to find you now that you are an employee, contact 4Help by clicking Get Help on the 4Help portal to ensure that you are no longer hidden in the GAL. Replication of that information happens twice a week, so it can take three or four days after being unhidden for your information to be visible. If you are having continued trouble with sharing and permissions, make sure you remove sharing and reshare after you are no longer hidden in the GAL.
Contact your departmental Human Resources representative to verify your contact information, correct it if needed, and / or to see if any of your information is suppressed.
